Project "Synthesis. Color Red" represents the first part of the study of color in terms of the difference in our psychological perception in a collision with surface and spatial light.
Based on the theoretical and visual experience of different art forms. It is possible to distinguish periods and specifics of different application of color. I am investigating changes in the perception of color: from the "surface", that is, the physical coloration of an object to "spatial", that is, lighting, having a certain color.
The red color causes the strongest reaction of all colors. The level of reaction and its semantic message varies depending on changes in the fullness, contrast and the emotional message of the frame itself. The works are studies of changes in our perception of red, changes in its materiality and emotional load.
